Flat Rate Commissions

Half-ups, knee-ups, fullbodies, and chibis will all have an hourly cost of $15 per hour worked on. This is calculated via the application I am using, as it only tracks the time that is used when working on the piece (for example, I make a line, time tracked <1 second).You may ask to see the file time if you wish to confirm the cost yourself. I will also provide you with a speed-up video to show that I did not randomly draw scribbles just to add more work time.

Once the commission is done, it will be emailed to you as a PSD and PNG file. If there is any other way or any other file type you would like your commission to be delivered in, please feel free to reach out to me.
1. No Refunds
Unless I have yet to start on the commission.2. You are expected to pay me half the price of your selected commission type after we have confirmed with each other.3. Full payment will be given to me at the sketch stage, in which we have both agreed that this is what the final result should be similar to/follow.
Here we will communicate if there's anything to be changed. After this stage, any MAJOR changes will cost more.
If payment fails to come at this point, the commission will not continue.4. I have copyrights over the commissioned piece
Commissions may not be used as advertisements unless further discussed5. Expect commission to be completed any time between two weeks to two months
This highly depends on how busy I am with my life, so please understand and DO NOT rush me. Any rushed work (outside of reasonable timings) will cost extra.6. Please let me know BEFOREHAND if the commission should be finished before a certain date
This allows me to accurately plan out my schedule so that you, the client, would have the piece on time. However, if I deem the due date to be a tight schedule, the pricing with go up.7. References will be highly recommended if there is a specific pose you would like, or a specific character
Especially for original characters, having a reference allows me to be as accurate as I can be.8. There will be a total of three stages where I accept editing and changes
As mentioned before, the sketch stage is for major changes.
A line art stage (if there is line art) for any details that you would like to move around.
A flat color stage for color changes or anything along those lines.The above conditions do not fit if working with companies and teams
This means that a contract or other forms of services are involved, which differ from personal commissions that are private transactions.These Terms of Service list is subject to changes as time goes on.
